Notes:

1. All our packages includes setup. Extra charge applies for delivery and collection – amount varies by distance from our location. 

2. Please pack the cinema system (speakers, projector and screen) away and store them indoors after use. Please note, the electronics/electrical equipment (speakers, mixer, projector, blower, and extension leads) are sensitive and a source of electrical hazard. It is important that they are protected from dew, rain and any form of liquid during and after use.

3. The setup included in the quote is only for the screen, projector and speakers. Extra charge will be quoted for installation of festoon lights, gazebo, mat, bean bags, chairs, tables, etc. if they are not part of your ordered package (i.e. if they were added as extra).

4. Customer to supply laptop, games/video console, and any other source of video/movie/game).

5. The hire is non-refundable in case of cancellation for any reason, including due to inclement weather. So please plan an alternate option of having the movie night indoors.

6. Please note, the cinema is designed for nighttime use. It can also be used during the day as long as the area or venue is fully blocked from daylight.
