Notes:
1. The hire does not include take down and pack away. It has been designed this way because the cinema system (including projector, speakers, screen and blower, if applicable) cannot be left outdoor after use. Thus our customers will need to pack them away and store them indoors after use. Please note, the electronics/electrical equipment (speakers, mixer, projector, blower, and extension leads) are sensitive and a source of electrical hazard and therefore it is important that they are protected from dew, rain and any form of liquid during and after use.
2. The setup included in the quote is only for the screen, projector and speakers (and gazebo and popcorn machine for option 4). Extra charge will be quoted for installation of festoon lights, gazebo, mat, bean bags, chairs, tables, etc. if they are not part of your ordered option but were added as extra hire.
3. Customer to supply laptop, games/video console, and any other source of video/movie/game).
4. The hire is non-refundable in case of cancellation, including inclement weather. So please plan for alternate option of having the movie night indoors.
